The apartments feature due to their room height of approx. 3.60 m loft character. Within the entrance area, there is a completely equipped kitchenette (2 – stoves - ceramic glass hob with exhaust hood, wall and floor units, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, tiled floor). Shower bath and WC (hair dryer available). Via two steps one reaches the live and dining area (table + two chairs, designer cupboard including floor untis, closet with shelf and wardrobe, light design – leather sofa; flat screen 22” (cable), DVD player playing all common formats, Mini HiFi system, mp3 CD compatible, interfaces AUX in, USB and SD slot; real wood parquet. From the living room one can reach the sleeping gallery, equipped with a queen size bed (1,40 * 2,00 m), via step. Pets are not allowed. Washing machine and dryer (coin slot) available. Bike storage places available.

By car: Motorway exit Freiburg Mitte. Drive towards Freiburg/Titisee-Neustadt. Continue on B31a. Take the exit towards FR-Stühlinger/FR-Haslach. Turn left at the Escholzstraße then take the Ferdinand-Weiß-Straße on the right hand side. By public transportation: Main-train-station (Hauptbahnhof) Freiburg, from here one can walk to the apartments (approx. 1640 feet) or can reach the them by bus or by tram.

From 01.01.2014 the city of Freiburg is going to levy an accommodation tax of 5% of the accommodation rate that has to be paid by private persons of full age. Prices shown do not include this accommodation tax.
